Chris Keys
Director
Chris first began landscaping at the age of 15 in Blackheath and Greenwich, South East London, for a company called Hamilton Landscapes. He completed his apprenticeship there and worked with the company until the age of 21 .
The foreman of that company created his own business known as Plant Trap who Chris then worked for for 2 1/2 years before heading to Australia.
For the first few years in Aus, Chris worked for a landscape construction company and a pool building company before starting KeyLandscaping in 2016.

Personable, communicative, organised, clean, highly-experienced landscape professional, attention to detail.
Hobbies:
Football, music, fishing, camping, golf, travelling, snowboarding, fishing (always trying to catch that fish that got away).
Alex Brown
Operations & Projects Manager
Alex spent 3 years working with Plant Trap across blackheath and central London
before moving to Melbourne and working with Viridian design for 4 years as a leading hand / foreman before starting own company , Silvercloud Landscapes.
which he ran for 6 years.
Strengths:
Organised, enthusiastic, driven, personable, approachable, social, positive attitude, attention to detail.
Hobbies:
Gym, hiking, travelling, barbecuing, painting and supporting West Ham.
Keylandscaping History:
Although Alex worked with Chris since the age of 21, he joined the KeyLandscaping team in 2025. He is responsible for managing projects, liaising with clients and suppliers and ensuring all projects are completed on time to the high standards that we pride ourselves on.
